On the morning of January 21, the OOP of the company, Saleh Yahya Al Zaid, Lin Xu, Zhao Tianxing and Neo Ee Ee, visited Quangang District Government for exchange.

Yang Changwen, secretary of the CPC Quangang District Committee, Yang Fengxiang, Quangang District Director, and Chen Shalong, Director of Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park, met with the OOP of the company.

The OOP of the company and the leaders of Quangang District Government had a friendly discussion. The two sides both expressed the willing of strengthening cooperation and exchanges, and promote mutual benefit, win-win relationship and joint development of FREP and Quangang District.

Saleh Yahya Al Zaid, president of the company, commented that FREP and Quangang District were good neighbors. The two sides had a good foundation for cooperation, established a communication mechanism for joint construction of the company and the district, adhered to the concept of win-win cooperation and moved towards the same goal. The development of FREP was inseparable from the support of the people in Quangang District.

Saleh Yahya Al Zaid commented that FREP has been strongly supported by CPC Quangang District Committee and Quangang District Government during its production, operation and development. He specially commented on the supports from all level government authorities during the outbreak of the epidemic in 2021, including the supports in solving the difficulties in transportation and logistics, which ensured safe and stable production. He also thanked the care and support of the government authorities to the successful implementation of the Turnaround/ Revamp. It would further improve the production capacity of the company, and support the company’s good operation and rapid development.

Saleh Yahya Al Zaid commented that FREP would, with the care and help of CPC Quangang District Committee and Quangang District Government, further strengthen production safety and environmental protection, and improve development quality and profitability. The company would contribute to the better and faster development of Quangang District, and make joint efforts on building "A Better Quangang for Better Life".

Yang Changwen affirmed the good profit and operation of FREP. On behalf of CPC Quangang District Committee and Quangang District Government, he thanked FREP for its support and contribution to the development of Quangang District over the years.

Yang Changwen commented that as a leading enterprise in Fujian Province, FREP has made remarkable contributions to local economic development. The CPC Quangang District Committee and Quangang District Government always attach great importance to the "joint construction of the enterprise and the district", and would enhance the support to FREP with strengthened service awareness and better services.

Yang Changwen stressed that the construction and development of FREP played a positive supporting and driving role in promoting the economic development of Quangang District. It was the right time to develop petrochemical industry in Fujian Province. The departments at all levels of Quangang District Government would continue to be supportive and cooperative, provide high-quality services, promote the construction and development of all cooperation projects, further expand and extend the petrochemical industry chain and the development of the tertiary industry, to inject vitality into the economic growth of Quangang District. A good environment for the operation and development of FREP would be provided, with greater efforts made to attract investment for extending the industrial chain.

Both parties exchanged views on the topics of concern, made suggestions for the joint construction of the company and the District, and expressed the willing of further strengthening communication and exploring opportunities for cooperation and development. (Xiao Wanyuan)
