On the morning of January 28, the company Labor Union held a meeting to express Spring Festival greetings to the model workers.

Lin Xu, member of the Party Committee and vice president of the company, and Yang Fei, deputy secretary of the company Party Committee, Secretary of the company Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of company Labor Union, attended the meeting and met with the representatives of the model workers of national level, Sinopec Group, Fujian provincial and Quanzhou municipal levels from different units of the company to talk about future before the Spring Festival.

Lin Xu commented that model workers were the precious wealth of the company. We should respect model workers, carry forward the spirit of model workers, work hard on every ordinary the posts to make outstanding contributions to the high-quality development of the company, as well as realize personal growth and value.

Lin Xu commented that Zhang Zhaohong, Huang Xiaobin and Wu Liangjiang Model Worker Innovation Studios have making progress on implementation and accomplishment. He hoped they could continue to give full play to the model and leading role of the Model Worker Innovation Studios, focus on the inheritance of model workers' spirit, work hard on "teaching, helping and coaching", pay attention to tackling technical difficulties, promote the transformation of innovation achievements, and continuously improve the quality and work level of the Model Worker Innovation Studios.

Lin Xu required that all model workers in the new year to play a key leading role, solve the key problems and difficulties of the company’s production and operation, make new accomplishments of innovation and profitability improvement, and drive the company toward more competitive, dynamic and higher-level development.

Yang Fei thanked the hard work of the model workers in the past year. He commented that 2021 was a landmark in the history of the CPC Party and China. Taking “celebrating the 100^th anniversary of the founding of the CPC” as the powerful spiritual force, in the first year of the 14th Five-Year Plan period, all the cadres and employees of the company overcame difficulties such as COVID-19 outbreak and the fluctuation of international crude oil prices, achieved good performance in production/ operation/ turnaround/ revamp, and made solid progress in the company’s development. All model workers have worked hard at the forefront of the company’s construction and development, braved difficulties and gave full play to the leading role.

Yang Fei commented that we would encounter difficulties and challenges in the new year, as well as the heavy workload in production/ operation/ profitability. He hoped that all model workers would proactively take the lead, earnestly complete the targets and tasks of this year, make new contributions and achievements for production, operation, construction and development of the company, and welcome the 20^th National Congress of the CPC with outstanding achievements.

Yang Fei required that the model workers to give full play to their model role and leading role, uphold the flags of ideological guidance, innovation, profitability and spiritual inheritance, make efforts on teaching and coaching, lead the youth employees to learn technical knowledge and practical skills. At the same time, Labor Unions were expected to care the work and life of model workers, solve their difficulties as their family member and close friends.

At the meeting, the representatives of the model workers shared their personal growth, and thanked the company and the Labor Union for their care and cultivation. They said that they would innovate bravely, be dedicated to work and set a good example. The honored title of model worker and outstanding worker were the result of the company's training and personal hard work. Facing new situations and tasks, they would carry forward the spirit of model workers, keep the awareness of striving for the best firmly in mind, and work down-to-earth on the posts, strive to make new contributions to the all-round and high-quality development of the company.
