As the New Year was approaching, the company held 2022 Theory-discussion Meeting on December 28, 2021. The meeting was to review 2021 business performance, summarize the accomplishments, analyze and judge the situation and challenges based on the main businesses of the company, brainstorm and discuss the work ideas for 2022 work, and make a good layout and start for the work of the coming new year.

OOP of the company, Saleh Yahya Al Zaid, Lin Xu, Zhao Tianxing and Neo Ee Ee attended the meeting.

Management personnel of each department and business team reported the accomplishments of 2021 targets, work highlights and improvement oppotunities, and put forward the targets for 2022 based on the company business plan and the functional work. 

At the meeting, the participants had heated discussions on relevant topics in combination with actual work and the company's business targets.

It was required at the meeting that all departments and business teams, based on the actual situation, should formulate detailed and feasible work plans focusing on the company's annual targets and business plan. Management personnel at all levels should give full play to leadership, take the lead and work hard on closing gaps, managing key points and overcoming difficulties, make full efforts to ensure good production and operation, strictly control cost and successfully complete the annual targets and tasks, thus to lay a solid foundation for the all-round and high-quality development of the company.
