Yang Hongbin, Deputy Party Secretary of Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Company, Visited the Company for Research
On November 5, Yang Hongbin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the Labor Union of Sinopec Guangzhou Engineering Company, visited the company for a research on the establishment of labor model innovation studio. Liu Xiangdong, general manager of FPCL and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of FREP, and Yang Fei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the Labor Union of the company, welcomed Yang Hongbin and his delegation and accompanied the research.
Liu Xiangdong, Yang Hongbin and Yang Fei visited Huang Xiaobin Model Worker Safety Innovation Studio, the production practical training base and Zhang Zhaohong Model Worker Safety Innovation Studio to inquire about the establishment, work development, talent cultivation, innovation and profitability of the studios in detail. They discussed and exchanged opinions with Zhang Zhaohong, Huang Xiaobin, Wu Liangjiang, the leads of the Model Worker innovation studios.
Liu Xiangdong commented that the 3 Model Worker innovation studios of Zhang Zhaohong, Huang Xiaobin and Wu Liangjiang were the "business cards" of the company, especially Huang Xiaobin Model Worker Safety Innovation Studio, which was the first stop of many leaders and visitors when they visited the company. The Model Worker innovation studios were created with self help and hard working spirit, and we should cherish the hard won achievements and honors.
For innovation and profit improvement work of the labor model innovation studios, Liu Xiangdong commented that: first to integrate with OIMS and RS through continuous verification and improvement, to prevent inconsistency. Second, to be problem-oriented and focus on production and operation, improve management and contribute to innovation and profitability. Third, to build an important platform for talent training and growth in the company.
Liu Xiangdong commented that the Model Worker innovation studios were expected to be a "training ground" to cultivate employees and contractors, a "new base" for technical innovation, a "research station" for solving technical issues, and a "transit station" for transforming innovation results. We should make full use of the method of "teach, help and coach" to further promote technical inheritance, talent cultivation and innovation-driven development, so as to continuously provide power and talent support for the high-quality development of company in the new era.
Yang Hongbin commented that the research was well planned with tight schedule and rich learning, which built strong confidence for the establishment of labor model innovation studio. Under the leadership of FREP Party Committee and the management team, the Model Worker innovation studios took on a new look and made remarkable achievements in innovation and profit improvement. He commented that for this visit to FREP, the research group of Guangzhou Engineering Company learnt experience with mind opened and direction defined, and would better build a Model Worker innovation studio with self characteristics. At present, the petrochemical system has learning and implementing the important instructions of Xi Jinping during his research in Shengli Oilfield, and the Model Worker innovation studios should carry out work with focus on securing the energy safety.
Yang Fei put forward 3 suggestions on the work of the Model Worker innovation studios. First is achievement. Model Worker innovation studios should be an important platform for employees to cultivate talents, improve technique and inherit culture, promote continuous improvement of employees’ quality, and build a knowledge-based, technical and innovative employee team. Second is experience. Explore and summarize the technical innovation results and highlights of the Model Worker innovation studios, and systematically plan future work of the Model Worker innovation studios to meet the needs of technical/ management improvement. Third is the image. The innovative results and achievements of the studios not only demonstrate the image of the studios, but also the image of FPCL and FREP, as well as the image of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises.
At the meeting, the representatives of the research group of Guangzhou Engineering Company expressed that they would proactively learn from petrochemical peers, and combine with their actual situation, to integrate the construction of labor model innovation studio in routine production and operation, so as to better promote the operation and development of the company.
