On the morning of August 2, a delegation led by Cai Zhansheng, Mayor of Quanzhou City, visited the company for research. The company management Liu Xiangdong, Lin Xu, Zhao Tianxing and Neo Ee Ee accompanied the research.

Accompanied by the company management, Cai Zhansheng visited the exhibition hall and new CCR, listened to the introduction of the company's development history, shareholder structure, production process and products slate, as well as the unit scale, refining capacity and the progress of the Steam Cracker Expansion Project.

Cai Zhansheng affirmed the operating performance of the company. He said that FREP should make full use of its advantages, on the basis of tapping potential and increasing profitability of the base, follow the industrial development direction, actively promote the Steam Cracker Expansion Project, extend the industrial chain, enhance profitability, continuously improve core competitiveness of the company, and make greater contributions to local economy development.

In terms of production safety, Cai Zhansheng stressed that safety and environmental protection were the primary tasks of petrochemical companies. FREP should based on the actual production, implement safety work up to stricter requirements, higher standards and more practical measures, so as to lay a solid foundation for the development of the company.

Cai Zhansheng and the delegation also took a bus tour in the new and old plant areas. Relevant leaders of Quanzhou City, Quangang District and Quangang Petrochemical Industrial Park accompanied the research. (Zhang Lei)
