On May 25 to 26, the company held employee communication meeting of the 2Q 2021 in two sessions in Quanzhou and Quangang via video link.

The company management Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Zhao Tianxing and Yang Fei attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf.

President Joost Emmen presented the work report. He reviewed the performance of the company from January to April, analyzed the progress and highlights in HSSE, control, reliability and profitability, introduced SPIES model and its application, and deployed the key focuses in the next stage.

Joost Emmen commented that health, safety, reliability and profitability are the focuses of the company. On the basis of ensuring safe and reliable operation, all employees should stick to their posts, establish the mindset of "tighten the belt", and adhere to "efficiency first". Focus should be placed on production optimization, market opportunities, and higher quality/ profitability, thus to meet the commitments to the Board of Directors.

At the meeting, the company management and the responsible people of relevant departments also answered questions concerned by the employees such as Master Plan, safety leadership, employee training, occupational health, promotion channels.
