On the afternoon of January 5, President Joost Emmen visited Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau of Quanzhou Public Security Bureau and had in-depth discussion with Director Lian Xiaohuan and Political Commissar Huang Guorong of Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau.

During the visit, Joost Emmen thanked Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau for its strong support to the company’s production and operation. He said that 2020 was an extraordinary year, with great cooperation of Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau, the company had made every effort on epidemic prevention/ control and production/ operation, ensured good implementation of all measures, and realized “zero” infection cases and safe/ stable production. In 2021, the company will put new units into production, and carry out turnaround at year end. He hoped that Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau would give greater support and help in the aspects of public order maintenance, personnel management, access control of vehicles etc.

Joost Emmen commented that FREP and Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau had years of cooperation, with good cooperation foundation and shared goals. He hoped the two parties to strengthen cooperation and communicate closely, further consolidate the company’s production safety foundation and contribute to the company’s high-quality development.

Lian Xiaohuan said that Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau innovated the supervision mode, and specially dispatched personnel to take charge of the security order maintenance of the plant area of FREP, which provided security assurance for production and operation. He introduced the work of Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau from the aspects of security measures, public order, incident handling, personnel review, vehicle control and household registration management.

Lian Xiaohuan expressed that Youcheng Public Security Sub-bureau would, as always, continue to support the work of FREP, continuously optimize the supervision process, and provide a secure and reliable environment for the development of the company.

Both sides exchanged views on the topics of concern, and both expressed the willing of strengthening communication and cooperation.
