On the occasion of the New Year, the company held 2021 theory-discussion meeting on December 30 to comprehensively summarize the work of 2020, study and analyze the current situation in combination with the key focus of production & operation, develop 2021 objectives and measures by pooling the wisdom of the people, thus to make a good start and lay a good foundation for 2021.

President Joost Emmen and Vice Presidents Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing attended the meeting.

On behalf of the OOP，President Joost Emmen put forward the key focus areas of 2021 to all departments and business teams. He commented that safety and profit were still the top priorities, and expected that all departments and business teams would give full play to cross-functional cooperation, overcome difficulties and forge ahead hand in hand, so as to create a better future for the Company.

The responsible people of departments and business teams summarized and reported the progress of work objectives, main accomplishments and improvement opportunities of 2020, and put forward their KPIs and work plans for 2021 based on the company's business plan and their own work.

It was required at the meeting that all departments and business teams should keep keen eye on their actual situation and annual objectives, and develop implementable, measurable and deliverable work plans. Management personnel should give full play to their leadership, take the lead in managing gaps, key points and difficulties, ensure comprehensive promotion of production and operation, strictly control expenses, and successfully achieve the annual objectives, thus to lay a solid foundation for the company's high-quality development in the new era.
