The Company Held the Kick-off Ceremony for the Personal Efficiency Improvement Project


On June 12, the company’s personal efficiency improvement training project was officially launched in the Exhibition Hall. The project is targeted for employees recruited from 2017 to 2019 and personnel newly promoted to management positions, with a total of more than 200 trainees, who will undergo two-year face-to-face training for 8 thematic courses.

Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Vice President of the company, attended the kick-off meeting. He recalled his speech at the new employee induction meeting, encouraged new employees to continue to keep the learning momentum, always record what they have learned, lay a good foundation of knowledge, change their behaviors, improve themselves and contribute to the development of the company. He commented that personal efficiency improvement training was a good learning opportunity, trainees should cherish and seize the opportunity, turn passive learning into independent learning, further enhance their self-competitiveness, so as to make themselves able to rise to the challenge in the future no matter where they were.

Fu Hongmei, chairman of Xiamen BrainEase Consulting Co., Ltd, the project service provider, attended the kick-off ceremony and made a speech. She said that since the cooperation between BrainEase and FREP had lasted for ten years, she was very glad to cooperate with FREP again in this time, and hoped that the cooperation between the two parties would get better and better. She hoped that the trainees could make continuous efforts to improve their capability, apply what they have learned, and constantly test and improve themselves, so as to do a better job.

The trainees came from different departments and business teams. Before the formal start of the kick-off meeting, team building activities were organized. Through naming the classes, picking slogans and designing logo, the trainees quickly integrated into the class group and stimulated their enthusiasm for learning.

In the early stage of the project preparation, the project team members of HR &Admin Department started with the research on training needs to fully understand the current job requirements, competency status, work difficulties, learning interests and learning style preferences of the trainees. After carefully selection of the service provider, the members repeatedly communicated with the service provider about the specific implementation plan of the training, and designed the competency model, growth map and learning growth radar map of different types of trainees, at the same time, in order to make the training more targeted and achieve better training effect, the members innovated the training evaluation methods, added the methods of self-assessment of trainees before class, joint evaluation of trainees and supervisors after class, and let supervisors be the extracurricular coaches of the trainees to supervise the learning.

It is reported that the first themed training of “structured thinking” will begin on June 17 and June 18 in the training classroom on the 8th floor of Quanzhou Office Building. (Wu Xiaoxia)
