On June 9, the sixth meeting of the second term Board of Directors of the company was held through video conference. Gu Yuefeng, chairman of the company, chaired the meeting, and directors, supervisors, Office of President, general managers of Finance Department, HSE Department, Technical and Planning Department and representatives of shareholders attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the company management reported FREP business performance of 2019 and 2020 YTD, the progress of FREP Safety Culture Improvement Plan, the progress of FREP Master Plan, Financial Status Update, and the board reviewed and approved relevant items at the meeting.

The directors present at the meeting thanked the company management and all employees for strictly implementing pandemic prevention and control measures, ensuring the health of employees and stable production of the company, and affirmed the company's progress made in implementing the safety culture improvement plan since 2019.

The directors present at the meeting commented that in the face of severe production and operation situation, the company management should effectively respond to the changes in the market and business climate, actively capture opportunities to reduce expenses and increase profit, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of the company, and ensure the continuous improvement on production and operation of the company. The company management and employees are expected to firmly build up confidence, continuously improve safety, reliability and profitability, earnestly establish the mindset of "keep belt tightened", take initiative and make innovation in increasing income and reducing cost, cutting expense and control investments, work hard and make concerted efforts to complete the annual targets and tasks.
