In order to improve the effect of “starting from me, improving my capability, and fulfilling responsibilities in order to reduce unplanned shutdowns” themed major discussion and reflection activity, on the morning of June 18, Chairman Gu Yuefeng and Vice President Zhao Tianxing of the company went deep into the frontline units to guide the discussions and reflections in the process engineer group in T&P Department, driving the activity to deepen and achieve actual results.

Gu Yuefeng recognized the development of the activity and shared the fun, challenges and the sense of achievement of technical innovation with engineers based on his own work experiences, he hoped that everyone would learn continuously, pay attention to the development trend of the industry, be brave in innovation, dare to practice, continuously improve the operation level of the units, and contribute to the company’s high-quality development in the new era.

In view of the process management, Gu Yuefeng put forward three requirements. The first was to raise the stance, take safety as the basic principle, identify and rectify potential hazards in time and remove risks, so as to ensure safe and stable production of the units; the second was to clarify the position, define the roles and responsibilities, keep a close eye on the operation of the units and continuously optimize operating parameters, so as to improve the operation level of the units; the third was to go deep into the frontline of operation to understand the production dynamics and solve the production problems, so as to serve as “adviser” for the production of the units.

Zhao Tianxing put forward requirements from process management, index setting, alarm handling, interlock sorting and other aspects, encouraged everyone to give full play to the spirit of overcoming difficulties, be diligent in thinking, be good at summarizing, make innovation in daily work, and make efforts to continuously improve the operation performance of the units.

At the meeting, combined with their own specialties, process engineers analyzed the problems existing in current production and operation in detail, and put forward suggestions for improvement.
