The Company Held the Awarding Ceremony of Innovation Day Activities of 2019


 

On the afternoon of June 1, the company held the awarding ceremony of Innovation Day Activities of 2019 in the meeting room of the exhibition hall.

The company management, Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, attended the ceremony and encouraged employees to actively participate in innovation and put forward more "golden ideas", so as to contribute to the development of the company.

Joost Emmen, president of the company, thanked the Innovation Day group for their hard work and affirmed the achievements of the Innovation Day activity. He said that innovation was the driving force for the sustainable development of the company; focusing on the company's key areas of concern, the Innovation Day group not only carried out various activities, but also actively expanded channels to collect ideas. It received positive response from the employees and collected a large number of innovative ideas, many of which were about to be implemented, and would bring more profits to the company.

He commented that innovation should focus on the actual production and operation of the company, focus on the central work, be close to the production front line, encourage more people to participate in it, brainstorm actively to work out more creative ideas, create a positive innovation atmosphere, and promote the high-quality development of the company in the new era.

President Joost Emmen, vice presidents Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing respectively presented trophies and certificates to the first, second and third prize winners of the Edison Award.

At the meeting, trophies and certificates were also awarded to the winners of Golden Craftsman Award, Golden Pen Award, Community Contribution Award, Execution Award, The Best Group Contribution Award and Innovation Day Group Contribution Award.

The Innovation Day Group made the report on innovation work of 2019 in terms of publicity, idea collection and review, progress and outlook, Innovation Day members, etc.

It was reported that since the launch of the 2019 Innovation Day, employees of the company have actively made suggestions and put forward ideas focusing on key areas and top tasks. The Innovation Day Group has received 2201 ideas, 90% more than previous years, of which the number of high-quality ideas has increased by 55% compared with that in previous years.
