On May 14, Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of the Labor Union of the company, visited the DCU of Fuels-2 Business Team to research and guide the preparation for the construction of the production and practical operation training base of the company's employee innovation studio.

Yang Hongbin commented that the construction of the production and practical operation training base was of great significance, which not only helped the employees to improve operation skills, reduce mis-operations, but also played a positive role in improving the stability of the units and product quality. We should actively respond to the company's call for the action of meeting the "100-Day Challenges", always adhere to the spirit of “desiring work, willing to work, competent in work, and working successfully”, work hard to overcome difficulties, seize time, expedite the progress, and try to complete the construction as early as possible, so as to provide training venue for the new graduates recruited in this year. He also encouraged everyone to carry forward the good tradition of working hard, and minimize the cost by adopting low-cost scheme and be self-reliance.
In terms of specific preparations, Yang Hongbin required that, first, we should complete safety preparations to ensure safety of the trainees in the process of practical operation training; second, we should improve the practicability of practical operation training, to ensure the training is close to the actual operations in the units; third, on the basis of learning practical operations of the units, disassemble equipment internals for demonstration, to enhance the trainees' understanding on the operation principles.
It was reported that the production and practical operation training base of the company's employee innovation studio made use of the idle DCU, selected some typical equipment, and developed some areas of the unit into the practical operation training base for front-line operation posts, so as to provide youth employees with a platform for hands-on practice.
