The Company Held the Collective Contract Consultation Meeting between the Employer and the Employee
To give full play to the role of Labor Union in safeguarding and protecting the rights and interests of employees, on June 10, the company’s Labor Union organized representatives of the employ or and the employee to negotiate the collective contract.
Authorized by Chairman Gu Yuefeng, President Joost Emmen and Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf acted as the representatives of the employer, while Yang Hongbin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and Chairman of Labor Union acted as the representative of the employee, both parties reviewed the 20 revisions one by one and put forward consultation opinions on maternity leave, health check of female employees and maternity insurance.
After discussion and explanation, both parties reached an agreement on the revisions and would complete the re-signing of the three contracts at the Employee Representatives Conference.
Relevant people from the Labor Union, HR &Admin Department and Legal Affairs of the company attended the meeting. According to the requirements of the collective consultation system, the company’s Collective Wage Contract, Dedicated Collective Contract for the Protection of Female Employees’ Special Rights and Collective Contract need to be re-signed this year. Since March, the company’s Labor Union collected the revisions from all employees through various frontline labor unions, and after classification and summary, fully discussed with representatives of labor union members to form preliminary revisions. Subsequently, the company’s Labor Union and HR &Admin Department held many rounds of communications and negotiations to form the revisions. (FREP Labor Union)
