The Company Launched the Action of Meeting the “100-Day Challenges”
On March 26, the Company held a kick-off meeting for the action of meeting the “100-Day Challenges”. Company management Yang Hongbin, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing attended the meeting, and the management of relevant functional departments of the Company attended the meeting.
The meeting discussed the plans, targets, tasks and key work of the action of meeting the “100-Day Challenges” and reached a consensus. Each working group was required to detail, break down and implement the measures to departments, teams and responsible persons, each working group should give full play to its cross-functional advantages, unite and cooperate, and complete work in a solid way.
The meeting required each working group to hold a meeting every ten days to review and track the progress of key tasks and measures of the group and form periodical results. The Company would hold monthly meeting on the action of meeting the “100-Day Challenges” to inspect and supervise the completion of each group’s actions, coordinate and solve the problems that arise, and ensure meeting the challenges.
The meeting stressed that each group should give full play to their subjective initiative, think out of the box boldly, challenge themselves, brainstorm, pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone, face up to difficulties and innovate working methods to achieve periodical results, thus laying a solid foundation for the smooth completion of the Company’s annual business targets. The meeting also stressed that the performance of each member in this action would be an important basis for the annual performance appraisal.
It is reported that in order to further mobilize cadres and employees to contribute and forge ahead, firmly win the “double-victory” of epidemic prevention and control as well as production and operation, achieve 2020 annual goal and fulfill the promise to BOD, and respond to the shareholders’ deployment and OOP’s requirements, the Company decided to launch the action of meeting the “100-Day Challenges” from March 23 to June 30, focusing on key focused areas such as optimization and adjustment, market development, cost reduction and production safety, etc. (Xuan Wen)
