On April 17, the company’s Party Committee held 2020 work conference. Gu Yuefeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, made a work report entitled “Consolidating and Improving the Achievements of the Party Building, Strengthening Confidence to Meet the Challenges and Gathering Strength and Efforts to Guarantee the High-Quality Development of the Company to a New Level in the New Era”. Liu Xiangdong, General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, presided over the conference and delivered a speech. Members of the Party Committee and leadership team members of the company attended the conference.

Gu Yuefeng reviewed the work and achievements in 2019 and deployed six key tasks in 2020. The first is to continuously deepen the implementation of the responsibility of the Party building work by taking the Party’s political construction as the guide; the second is to continuously deepen the promotion of frontline organization by taking deep integration and common promotion as the goal; the third is to continuously deepen the program of strengthening the company through human resource development by taking reinforced quality and optimized structure as the core; the fourth is to continuously deepen the building of good conduct and political integrity by taking the building of a first-class political ecology as the foundation; the fifth is to continue to deepen the publicizing of ideological and cultural work by taking the gathered strength as the core; and the sixth is to continue to deepen the construction of harmonious enterprise by playing the role of Mass and Youth League organizations.

Liu Xiangdong put forward three requirements in his speech. The first is to study deeply and fully understand the spirit and implement it.The second is to strengthen the responsibility, improve the work style and pay attention to implementation. The third is to focus on the center, make overall planning and coordination and pay attention to implementation. The conference issued the letter of responsibility for the target and task and the letter of responsibility for maintaining the stability of letters and visits of grass-roots Party organizations.

The conference was held in the form of video conference. A main venue and four sub-venues were set up in Quanzhou City, Quangang District and Gu Lei of Zhangzhou City. Secretaries of Party general branches and Party branches at the grassroots level, management personnel above the middle level, main responsible persons of the grassroots teams, and some deputies to the company’s Party congress attended the conference.
