In the morning of December 6, the company held the kick-off meeting for energy management system construction in the new central control meeting room. Vice President Zhao Tianxin, chaired the meeting, and members of Business Teams, functional departments and project team of Beijing Sanxing 9000 Certification Body attended the meeting. A branch venue was set in Quanzhou Office Building through video conference.

At the meeting, Zhao Tianxing stressed the importance and necessity of the energy management system and certification, and arranged and deployed relative work of system construction. He required that departments and business teams should bravely shoulder the tasks and proactively make progress, select good workforce, build and improve the energy management system of the company with experts’ guidance and support, and cultivate a group of professional energy management personnel, so as to ensure sustainable and effective operation of the energy management system of the company.

The meeting scheduled the milestones of key paths in the next year's system construction, such as training, document revision, energy review, internal assessment, management review and two-stage external assessment, and clarified work requirements and responsibilities.

Next, through further integration of energy management system and company quality management system, we can realize the goal of integrated internal assessment and parallel external assessment/ certification of quality and energy management systems, effectively improve management efficiency and reduce workload, and facilitate the improvement of the company energy saving management.
