The Company Held the Closing Meeting of 2019 Reliability System Internal Assessment


In the morning of November 12, the company held the closing meeting of 2019 Reliability System Internal Assessment in the exhibition hall. Company management, Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Lin Xu and Zhao Tianxing, as well as the members of the reliability system internal assessment team attended the meeting.

President Joost Emmen thanked the experts and of the assessment team for their hard work. He commented that safety and reliability are the basis of the company's operation, with OIMS for safety management and RS for reliability management. The two systems complement each other and jointly improve the operation performance of the company.

President Joost Emmen commented that this was the 2nd internal assessment of the reliability system. Compared with the first assessment, although great progress has been made, there was still room for improvement. We should work harder with better understanding on the elements and workflow of the reliability system, and continuously learn and make improvement for better performance of the reliability system.

President Joost Emmen required that relevant departments should develop and implement gap closure plans according to the internal assessment results, thus to further improve company operation reliability.

Vice President Zhao Tianxing introduced the internal assessment from personnel composition, overview and results. He commented that with the guidance of ExxonMobil experts and proactive work of each assessment team, the reliability system was assessed as effective in operation in general.

At the meeting, the lead of each assessment team reported the assessment results of the 19 elements respectively.

From November 4 to November 12, the company conducted the internal assessment of reliability system. The internal assessment was carried out in five groups, with engagement of ExxonMobil experts. Through field assessment, interview and implementation of focus areas, the reliability system of the company was assessed comprehensively. (Zhang Lei)
