The Company Held 4th Quarter Employee Communication Meeting
In the morning of November 20 and November 21, the company held the 4th quarter employee communication meeting themed "safety and coaching" in the exhibition hall of Quangang plant.
Company management Joost Emmen, Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Yang Hongbin and Zhao Tianxing attended the meeting. Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf chaired the meeting.
President Joost Emmen reviewed the performance of the company from January to October in HSE, reliability, profitability, operating expenses, capacity utilization and other key focus areas, introduced the progress of safety culture improvement plan, and put forward expectations for the next step work of production safety.
President Joost Emmen commented that the company is committed to flawless operation, and all employees should enhance safety behaviors, strengthen safety leadership, lower risk tolerance, improve safety competence, protect self, protect others, protect environment, and ensure safe and reliable operation.
Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf encouraged all employees to do a good job and also help their colleagues to do the job in a safer and more efficient way, and contribute to better development of FREP.
At the meeting, Vice President Zhao Tianxing shared the progress of safety culture improvement plan. He commented on the key focuses in next step, and required engagement of the whole organization in performing “leading by example, leading at frontline”, and drive continuous improvement of safety leadership.
In Q&A session, company management in detail answered the questions about PPE, communication devices, equipment reliability, people development, compensation and benefit etc.
About 400 people attended the meetings, including the responsible people of functional departments, Business Team managers and employee representatives. (Zhang Lei)
