Company Party Committee’s 2017 work conference was held on March 3^rd at Fulian Building. The meeting was attended by nearly 150 persons including the leadership team, secretaries of general Party branches, persons in charge of operations in each department/ group and some Party members.   

Mr. Chen Xiaobo, Secretary of FREP Party Committee, delivered the work report entitled as Strengthening the Party Construction in All-around Way and Promoting Innovative Development of the Enterprise to Greet with Great Results the 19^th National Congress of the CPC. In his report, he reviewed the Party Committee’s work in 2016, and made arrangement on the general work requirements and key focus areas in 2017. Firstly, learn and implement the important addresses given by President Xi Jinping and the spirit of Party construction in SOEs; secondly, follow new concepts of development; third, keep strengthening Party disciplines and keep being honest to further strengthen construction of the leadership team, cadres and talents; forth, keep solidifying the foundation by further strengthening construction of the grassroots Party branches; fifth, insist on addressing existing issues while eliminating root causes in constructing Party style and anti-corruption work; sixth, insist on serving the overall interests to further improve ideological education; and the last but not the least, always place the people first and deepen the development of a harmonious and happy New Fulian. 

At the meeting, three Party branches including the Party branch of EO/EG business team of Process Dept. and the Party branch of M&S Dept. exchanged experiences and practices in areas of construction of grassroots Party groups and supervision of efficiency. The Company Party Committee gave the letters of commitment to all grassroots Party branches and the Party branch under its direct administration.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng, a member of the Company Party Committee, Chairman and President of FREP, chaired and addressed the meeting. He emphasized that firstly we shall build consensus and unify our thinking in the deployment of the Company Party Committee; secondly we shall engage in real work and unify our acts in work implementation; thirdly we shall make overall plans and take all factors into consideration in carrying out current work priorities.
