Season’s Greetings by Company Management to the Needy Employees


The Spring Festival was coming and the needy employees drew the care by the Company management. In the morning of January 23th, the Company management Mr. Gu Yuefeng, Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Mr. Joost Emmen and Mr. Yang Hongbin led relative responsible persons of relevant departments visited the needy employees at their homes with greeting money and gifts as well as the care and best wishes from FREP employees, and wished them a happy and peaceful Spring Festival. 

 “Thanks the Company management would come to see us though you are very busy. We feel quite warm in heart with the care and greeting by the company as a big family and this New Year would be more festive for us”, one of the visited needy employees held the hands of the Company management and said so heartfelt.

It’s becoming a FREP tradition to visit and greet the needy employees before Chinese New Year. At each home, the Company management would warmly chat with the needy employees and their family members and carefully inquire on the living conditions of the household, and ailment and medication treatment, and encourage them to have confidence and maintain positive attitude, and disclose any difficulty to the company, there would be not insurmountable if everyone works together and is united.

There are many channels for the aid and support by company rendered to the needy employees such as health insurance, supplemental medical insurance, and special needy case subsidy. These measures would ensure to cover most of the medical bills for ill employees and give some guarantee to their living.

The thankfulness and gratitude by those temporarily needy employees to the company care were clearly demonstrated, after comparing themselves with the similar needy cases with other companies, they felt they are very lucky to have such responsible enterprise and Company management. They said the Company management cares a lot on their neediness and the entity provided great help and resolved many actual difficulties. They felt assured and hopeful for future as a member of the FREP family. Xiao Wanyuan
