In the morning of January 26^th, FREP management Mr. Gu Yuefeng, Mr. Chen Xiaobo, Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Mr. Joost Emmen, Mr. Yang Hongbin and Mr. Liu Yanchang went to the frontline of process to greet the employees remaining on posts during the Spring Festival with New Year’s call and season’s greetings. During the Spring Festival, FREP processing units were running steadily and safely which was a great starting for better profitability in 2017. FREP residential areas at Quangang and Quanzhou were decorated with colorful lamps where the residents were enjoying a peaceful and happy holiday. 

FREP management firstly visited the Product Quality Center with season’s greetings to the employees remaining on posts. At Firefighting Group of HSE Department, the Company management encouraged everyone to exert the good tradition and stick to the duty and posts and make full efforts in fire safety, and contribute to safe, stable and optimized operation of processing units of the Company.

At CCR1, the Company management shook hands with employees on the posts one by one with season’s greetings to them. President Mr. Gu Yuefeng told employees that last year 2016 was quite a challenging year for FREP, we had actively adapted to the new feature in macro situation and the new changes on petrochemical market, and timely updated our operating strategy and strived to improve operation management, continuously focused on the priorities in the 5KFAs. With the endeavor and mutual efforts of all employees, the Company production safety was generally stable, and the new best profit was achieved, thus FREP has made positive contribution to guaranteeing market supply and serving the economic society and harmonious development.

At CCR2, President Mr. Gu Yuefeng gladly told everyone that as of January 2017, the cumulative loss of the Company had been recovered, the shareholders could benefit from profit and dividend from then on. He said, in the new year FREP is faced with severe challenges and needs everyone’s effort and support, he hoped the employees to confront the challenge and take initiatives to continue optimized/ delicacy management and work jointly to win a brilliant future for FREP. 

The Company management then continuously visited the site of EO/EG unit with season’s greetings to the employees remaining on operating posts, and heartfelt thanked everyone for the arduous work and incessant effort for EOEG production safety, in particular EG unit exceeded the annual production of 400kt and made good profit. The Company management hoped that in the new year the employees would operate carefully maintain safe, stable and long term operation while actively reducing cost, optimizing and improving operation, thus to promote the elevation of management.

The Company management also visited the Gasoline/ Diesel Loading Station, New Main Substation Building and LYW Oil Terminal to greet the frontline employees remaining on posts. The Company management inquired in details on production and living conditions of employees and expressed the greetings from corporate OOP and party committee. 

The employees remaining on posts during the holiday were grateful for the care by Company management. They expressed that they will make all efforts on fulfilling post responsibilities and ensure safe and stable operation during the Spring Festival holidays to contribute to quality/ profit improvement and innovative development of FREP. （Xiao Wanyuan）
