“Year by year the Double Ninth returns”. As the Double Ninth Festival was approaching, to carry forward the Chinese traditional virtue of respecting and loving the elder and actively create an atmosphere of the whole society caring about the elder, FREP held the Double Ninth Festival Forum for Retired Staff at Furui Hotel in the afternoon of October 9. The Company’s deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Committee and chairman of the Labor Union Yang Hongbin, General Manager of Human Resources & Administration Department Lei Xueqing and retired staff representatives gathered together to celebrate the festival and express their affection to the enterprise. The forum was hosted by General Manager Lei Xueqing.

The deputy secretary Yang Hongbin, on behalf of the Party and Management , expressed the best regards and sincere thanks to the retired employee and gave a brief introduction of the situation the Company is confronting with in production and operation combined with the current market situation. Yang Hongbin pointed out that the retired employees, in the process of the Company’s construction and development, worked hard, made painstaking efforts and selfless dedication to make a great contribution to the development of the Company. They would never be forgotten by the Party and Management and all the staff of the Company. And the retired employees were hoped to adhere to the “retired but not fade away, away from the positions but not the Party”. In the next step of work, the Company would pay more attention and provide more service to the retired employees who have difficulties in life or suffer from serious illness, to help them overcome difficulties and provide timely assistance to them. The Company would also actively organize and carry out recreational and sports activities suitable for the interests and characteristics of the retired employees and constantly enrich their life to create a good and healthy living environment for the elder. The retired employees were encouraged to support and care FREP’s construction and development, provide suggestions, and play their role as they did to build a beautiful home of FREP together.

At the forum, the responsible person of the Company’s Retired Staff Club Zhang Jianzhong introduced the conditions of the club and the next step of the work. The retired employees expressed their sincere thanks to the leaders of the Company’s Party and Management for their care.
