Unveiling Ceremony for FREP New Customer Service Center


The unveiling ceremony for FREP new customer service center was held at the little white building in FREP new plant area in the morning of June 24. FREP vice president Nouraddin A. Yousuf was present and addressed at the ceremony, with participants including the general manager Lin Xu and deputy general manager Ken Lin of M & S Department, the general manager Hussain Sughaiyer of T & P Department, the general manager Lei Xueqing of HR & Admin. Department as well as the distinguished guests from Fujian Petrochemical Co., Ltd., SINOPEC South China Chemical Sales Company, ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Limited, Saudi Aramco Sino Company Limited, SINOPEC SenMei (Fujian) Petroleum Co., Ltd. Fuyuan Co., Ltd., Fujian Ruisheng Petrochemical Industry & Commerce Co., Ltd. and etc.

FREP vice president Nouraddin A. Yousuf addressed at the unveiling ceremony. He remarked that we are very delighted to hold the unveiling ceremony of FREP new customer service center. First of all, please allow me to show my cordial welcome to every leader and distinguished guests on behalf of the office of the president for your presence at the ceremony and show my sincere gratitude to the customer units and all social circles for your concern and support to our work all the way. Over the past years, we have been persistently satisfying our customers constant-changing demand over products, ensuring the spirit of innovations, stabilizing and improving the product quality and standard to respond to the customers requirements and constantly optimize the product mix; In addition, we have been providing products and services with competitive prices and premium quality, so as to become a priority of the customers in selecting suppliers. Unveiling of the FREP new customer service center is an important measure for FRE to focus on proactive promotion in improving and upgrading the customer service and building a harmonious enterprise. This is another service platform set up for our customers and a bridge of communication built between the production enterprise and the sales market. It marks that we have stepped onto a new step on the basis of providing service to our customers. It requires that we should provide various services to the customer on the basis of existing work in a solider and more complete way with more levels and through more channels.

Accompanied by the celebrating music and witnessed by leaders and distinguished guests present at the ceremony, vice president Nouraddin A. Yousuf together with general manager Lin Xu of the M & S Department jointly unveiled the board for FREP new customer service center.

It is reported that FREP M & S Department has moved the customer service center from the offsite Funing Mansion to the little white building of new plant area, which is adjacent to FREP delivery point of polyolefin and asphalt products. As one of the measures for FREP to improve the field customer service, the move of the customer service center aims at improving our customer service level and intensifying the field service of product delivery.
