The Company’s Trade Union commended a group of advanced collectives and advanced individuals lately. Joe Francis, General Manager of Finance Department, won the honorary title of “Excellent Trade Union Activist”.
The recognition activity held by FREP Trade Union this time is aimed to carry forward the spirit of dedication of advanced worker groups and advanced individuals across the province and set role model so that the home of staff will deliver new performance in the new era and embrace new challenges.

As delegated to FREP Finance Department as General Manager, Mr. Joe Francis actively supported the work of Trade Union, promoted democratic management according to law, guided employees to make contributions starting from their own jobs and passed on positive energy by his sense of responsibility, sense of mission and dedication. At work, he always took the initiative to care about both physical and mental health of employees and organized multiple artistic, cultural and sports activities to motivate the enthusiasm and innovation of employees, which immensely improved the cohesiveness and collectivism of the team.

On top of that, Mr. Joe Francis also practiced what he said by taking active part in various events held by the Trade Union. This is the first time that the Company’s Trade Union has awarded a foreign management as advanced individual. (Xiao Wanyuan)
