As per applicable regulations of the State Archives Bureau and the archives acceptance for SINOPEC construction projects, an archive discipline acceptance team, composed of General Office of SINOPEC Group together with Fujian Provincial Archives Bureau and Quanzhou Archives Bureau, conducted an archive discipline acceptance for FREP SC debottleneck and associated projects from March 30^th to 31^st. On the basis of hearing the project archive management work report, the archive acceptance team inspected the project archive management status by way of on-site inspection of warehouse, spot check of archives and interviews.  

The archive acceptance team held the view that collection of the project archives were complete, 8,371 volumes of archives were generated (including 2,625 volumes from SC debottleneck and revamping project, 3,095 volumes from the oil product quality upgrading and crude oil adaptability revamping project and 2,651 volumes from construction of new chemical units) and totally 73,591sheets of drawings were produced (including 26,105 from SC debottleneck and revamping project, 21,795 from the oil product quality upgrading and crude oil adaptability revamping project and 25,691 from construction of new chemical units); the as-built drawings could reflect the actual situations of these projects and the archives quality could basically meet applicable state regulations and standards. The archives container, protective facilities and search tools could satisfy the project archive keeping and application demand. 

The archive acceptance team concluded that the archive work of FREP SC debottleneck and associated projects (including such three projects as SC debottleneck and revamping project, oil product quality upgrading and crude oil adaptability revamping project, construction of new chemical units) was in conformity with archive discipline acceptance requirements, the comprehensive score was 90.5 points and it was agreed to pass the archive discipline acceptance.

The acceptance team hoped that FREP could further intensify standardized archive management, improve the archive retention facilities and enhance archive development and applications, so as to provide premium service to production operations and technical development of the Company. (Xiao Wanyuan)
