On the afternoon of Jan. 8, FREP Party Committee commended outstanding achievements out of 2015 grassroots special Party building activities. 3 achievements of Fuels-2 Business Team Party Branch of Process Department, including Highlight Safety and Environment, Promote Innovation and Benefit Making won the first prize; 6 achievements of Process Engineering Party Branch of Technical & Planning Department, including I Take the Leak in Turning Loss to Gain, Create Excellence to Become Top Notch, won the second prize; 9 achievements of Terminal Business Team Party Branch of Process Department, including Optimize Terminal Operation, Improve Terminal Utilization won the third prize.    

2015 is a critical year for the Company to continuously improve profit and turn loss for gain. The Company’s Party Committee launched a Party building practice initiative themed “Turn Loss for Gain, Compete for Pioneer” across the grassroots Party organizations among all Party members. All grassroots Party organizations focused on the Five KFAs – “Safety, Reliability, Margin, Opex and People”, took into account various units’ key work and the reality of Party teams and carried out 29 grassroots special Party building activities rich in content in diverse forms in a deep-going and pragmatic manner. These activities were pertinent, practical and operable and effectively pushed completion of the Company’s annual targets and tasks.

The Company’s Party Committee required grassroots organizations and Party members to go deeper in the contents for Party building theme practice activities, constantly innovate the form and approach for JV Party building theme activities, continuously improve the relevance and effectiveness of Party building theme practice activities and make new contributions to the quality and profit improvement and innovative development of the Company. 

On that very afternoon, the Company’s Party Committee also commended 2015 grassroots Party building work appraisal. Process Engineering of Technical & Planning Department was awarded as “Model Party Branch”. 11 Party Branches from Process Department including Aromatics BT Party Branch were awarded as “Target Hitting Party Branch”.
