FREP strategic objective management program training started in the training room of Engineer Building on the morning of Jan. 14.
     Company leaders Nouraddin A. Yousuf and Yang Hongbin and approximately 30 middle-top management staff from various departments and teams attended the training. Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf delivered a mobilization speech. 
     Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf delivered a mobilization speech to kick off the training. He said, it’s a pleasure to get together and participate in the training of strategic objective management. 2016 will be a crucial year for the Company to improve quality and profit and ride on the momentum; I believe it is very necessary to organize a training about strategic objective management. We have been pursuing effective management and we shall work together as a team to achieve our work objectives. Training and study allow us to understand the management and control logic of the Company from strategy, objective, plan, budget to performance in a right way, figure out the essence of performance management and assessment, unite our thoughts and moves to optimize and improve objective and performance management system and boost FREP development in a scientific and sustainable manner.
    During the one day session, participants took active part in case discussion and listened carefully to experts’ and successful entrepreneurs’ sharing. They expressed that such training and exchange were very effective and the opportunity was precious. They learned a lot of management knowledge of strong operability and hoped to verify what they learned in future practice.
    Through the study and discussion, most participants felt the training effect was good and they benefited from it. Many new ideas emerged after the session, and the participants expected for more such management trainings to be held by the Company. (By Xiao Wanyuan)
