The 10^th Quanzhou Sports Meeting successfully concluded in the Overseas Chinese Sports Center Stadium on the afternoon of Dec. 11. With the attention and care by the Company’s leaders, great support from various departments and teams and fine organizing by FREP Trade Union, FREP Sports Delegation took part in 8 events of the 10^th Quanzhou Sports Meeting, including swimming, Chinese Chess, Go, bridge, basketball, table tennis, badminton and track and field.

In total, 32 industries, systems and companies across Quanzhou assigned delegations to take part in the Sports Meeting, with nearly 2000 athletic participants. On the premise of personal safety, all the athletes of FREP Sports Delegation carried forward the spirit of solidarity, progressiveness, competition for top rank and continuous hard work, and delivered good performance winning 1 gold medal, 8 silver medals, 1 bronze medal, 5 fourth prizes, 6 fifth prizes, 6 sixth prizes, 7 seventh prizes and 5 eighth prizes. The FREP Delegation also won the third prize in the track and field events of the 10^th Quanzhou Sports Meeting with total score of 114 and was granted by the Organizing Committee with the honorary title of “Sportsmanship”. The Delegation reaped double benefits of competition achievements and moral qualities. FREP employees fully took on high spirit on various arenas of the 10^th Quanzhou Sports Meeting, improved the popularity and reputation of the Company and won honor for the Company. (Ren Yueping)
