To ensure TAR/Revamp would complete in a safe, quality, efficient and on-schedule manner and achieve successful startup at one go, the Company rolled out TAR/Revamp contractor safety incentives.

On the morning of Dec. 12, the Company held a TAR/Revamp contractor safety award ceremony in PMG Square. Over 250 representatives of construction contractors engaged in TAR/Revamp attended the ceremony. FREP Vice President Parut, Operation General Manager Liu Yanchang, Process Department General Manager Zhao Tianxing, HSE General Manager 穆赛德, HSE Deputy General Manager Li Xuejun, T&P Deputy General Manager Yang Faxin and S&D Deputy General Manager Li Cungong were present at the ceremony.

Vice President Parut addressed the audience at the award ceremony. He said, FREP set TAR/Revamp contractor safety award was to encourage contractors to execute safety, take active part in HSE initiatives, promote safety first culture in the field site and create healthy climate for winning over safety performance. He also thanked all those who were engaged in the battle of TAR/Revamp for their contribution to safety performance.

Vice President Parut, Operation GM Liu Yanchang, HSE GM 穆赛德 and HSE DGM Li Xuejun respectively drew the first, second and third prizes and presented awards to winners. They also took group photos cordially with Li Hongyi from Henan Sifang Corrosion Prevention Company and Li Xunlu from Shucheng Corrosion Prevention Company.

Li Hongyi, the winner of the first prize, said with pleasure: “I have worked on construction in petrochemical industry for over ten years and attach great importance to safety. As I participated in the FREP TAR/Revamp, I felt Owner’s high standard and strict requirement on HSE performance, which was highly responsible for construction workers. I’m every lucky to have won the first prize. It is also a recognition of my efforts in safety. I will keep working safely and deliver better safety performance.”

By report, since Dec. 12, the Company rewarded excellent performers in safety during TAR/Revamp on Dec. 19 and Dec. 26 and generated 2 first prizes, each winning a bicycle valued at around 2,500 RMB; 5 second prizes, each winning a bicycle valued at around 1,000 RMB; 10 third prizes, each winning a bicycle valued at around 500 RMB. Meanwhile, 50 encouragement prizes were generated with gifts presented. (Lin Yanzhong)
