On November 14th, 2009, FREP First Term BOD 7th Meeting was officially held in Beijing. The meeting was facilitated by Chairman Mr. Lu Dong, with full presence of all 8 directors. FREP Supervisor Mr. Han Baolin and Mr. Jeff W. Davis, Vice President Mr. Mr. Scott J. Sullivan and Mr. Abdullah H. Al Sebail, Project General Manager Mr. Wu Wenxin, Operation General Manager Mr. Zhao Liping, Finance General Manager Madam Wong Lock Leng and relevant persons from shareholders were also present. At the meeting, 2010 business outlook, relevant financial matters, BAC working report and other specific items were presented and reviewed.
