On April 25^th, FREP held the 4^th meeting of the second term Board of Directors in the meeting room on the 15^th floor of Fulian Building. The meeting was chaired by Chairman Mr. Gu Yuefeng. Company Directors, supervisors, OOP and shareholders representatives attended the meeting.

At the meeting, the company management reported FREP business performance of 2018 and 2019 YTD, the progress of FREP Safety Culture Improvement Plan, the progress of FREP Master Plan, financial status update and people management etc., and reviewed and approved relevant items.

The directors present at the meeting paid high attention to safety and reliability performance of the company in 2018 and 1Q 2019, and required the company to improve field effectiveness of the Operation Integrity Management System (OIMS), quickly turn the situation of early 2019 around, and improve the performance of safety, reliability and profitability. At the same time, all employees were encouraged to play safety leadership, effectively implement HSSE responsibilities of each post, and promote effective implementation of the Safety Culture Improvement Plan.
