The Company Convened the Second Meeting of the Third Employee Representatives Congress and the Second Meeting of the Third Labor Union Representatives Congress

In the afternoon of March 11, the second meeting of the third Employee Representatives Congress and the Labor Union Representatives Congress of the company were held in the office building in Quanzhou. Yang Fei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission and chairman of the Labor Union of the company, attended the meeting. Nearly 80 representatives of all departments and Business Teams of the company attended the meeting.

Yang Fei, chairman of the Labor Union of the company, made a work report entitled Concentrate Strength of the Employees, Improve Quality and Profitability, and Make New Contributions to Promote High-quality Development of the Company on behalf of the Labor Union of the company.

Over the past year, the Labor Union of the company has united and led the employees to work hard on their posts for better quality and profitability of the company, act with high sense of responsibility as the main force in production safety, operation management, project construction, turnaround/ revamp and epidemic prevention, contribute to the annual targets and tasks of the company, and opened the 14th Five-Year Plan period with good performance.

In the report, he reviewed the main accomplishments of the Labor Union in 2021. First, ideological guidance became increasingly profound and solid. Second, skill competitions achieved sustainable effect. Third, innovation and profitability improvement delivered new results. Fourth, training and competitions developed continuously. Fifth, the quality and scope of caring/ helping people in need were further improved. Sixth, democratic management became increasingly profound.

In the report, the focuses of the Labor Union for this year were deployed in the following five aspects: first, strengthen political guidance and strive to build a solid ideological foundation. Second, strengthen “making contributions on the posts” and focus on continuous improvement of quality/ profitability. Third, strengthen democratic management and strive to safeguard the rights/ interests of employees. Fourth, strengthen care and help to serve the employees/ masses. Fifth, strengthen internal construction and strive to consolidate the foundation for fulfilling duties.

Zheng Yaoming, vice chairman of the Labor Union and director of Party& Union Department of the company, conveyed the spirit of the Annual Work Conference, the Company CPC Committee Work Conference, and the Party Conduct and Anti-corruption Work Conference.

Yuan Huadong, member of the Labor Union and general manager of HR & Admin Department of the company, announced the commendation decision and awarded the honorary title of "Outstanding Shift Team Lead" to 36 people including Zhuang Xiaoqing.

Li Ji, general manager of HSE Department, made a report on occupational health of employees, labor protection and identification/ rectification of major potential hazards of 2021.

The attendees at the meeting voted and elected the members of the Third Committee of the Labor Union and the third Fund Review Committee of the company.

The meeting also reviewed and approved the Measures for Supplementary Medical Insurance Administration, the Measures for Self-Help Saving Administration and the Measures for Enterprise Annuity Administration.
