Deepen cooperation for development and make joint efforts for win-win results. On October 24, the company held the Chemical Products Customer Forum of 2019 in Quanzhou Taihe Intercontinental Hotel with the theme of "Hand in Hand to Build the Future" to enhance communication with customers and strengthen the cooperation strategy of joint creation, sharing and win-win.

President Joost Emmen, Vice President Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Vice President Lin Xu and Vice President Zhao Tianxing attended the Forum. The responsible people of Marketing & Sales Department, Finance Department, Supply & Distribution Department, Technical & Planning Department, managers of relevant Business Teams and more than 70 invited customer representatives attended the meeting.

The Forum was opened with the sincere and warm welcome speech made by Terence Leung, general manager of Marketing & Sales Department of the company. In his speech, he sincerely thanked the customers for their company and sincere cooperation with FREP to develop together. He said that FREP always adheres to the business philosophy of "customer first and win-win cooperation" to repay the long-term support and trust of all customers. In future, FREP will further strengthen the cooperation with all customers, take the requests and suggestions of customers as the direction of our efforts, and enhance cooperation to achieve mutual benefit and win-win result. Terence Leung also shared the result of customer satisfaction survey of 2019 and follow-up measures.

At the meeting, on behalf of the company, President Joost Emmen thanked the customers for their great supports. He said that the past year was full of activities inside FREP. We completed our largest ever turnaround, and put in a solid foundation for next 6 years of stable operation. He thanked the great supports of customers. He commented that FREP is pooling energy to change organizational behavior, further enhance safety culture, and drive higher standards to pay back the trust of customers with high quality products.

At the meeting, two awards were presented, i.e. "Excellent Cooperation Award" and "Sincere Cooperation Award", to thank the outstanding customers who have made great contributions to FREP in long-term cooperation, quality channels, standardization and loyalty, etc.

It is reported that nearly 70 customer representatives from 34 enterprises in Fujian, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Shandong and other places were invited at the forum. Their business covers para-xylene, butadiene, pure benzene, C5, C9, ethylene glycol, ethylene oxide, propylene and other self marketing chemical products. (Zhang Lei)
