In the morning of August 23^rd, a delegation of 4 persons led by Mr. Juhan Robberts, Vice President of ExxonMobil Basic Chemicals, visited the Company. Chairman Mr. Gu Yuefeng, President Mr. Joost Emmen and Vice President Mr. Lin Xu had a meeting at Furui Hotel and friendly discussion with Mr. Juhan Robberts and his delegation.

Mr. Gu Yuefeng welcomed Mr. Juhan Robberts and his delegation to FREP, and briefed the production and operation of the joint venture. He said that since the Company's management changed at the beginning of this year, the Company's production and operation had been stable and orderly, and the profit had been continuously improved. It was inseparable from the support of the shareholders. At present, with the further opening of market, the market competition was increasingly fierce, and the pressure on safety and environmental protection is increasing. FREP was faced with more challenges. The management of the Company had been planning the future development direction of the Company to make the Company better, and hoped to get more support and help to the Company development from the shareholders.

Mr. Juhan Robberts affirmed the excellent results of the joint venture under the leadership of the management. He said that ExxonMobil cared about the development of FREP, established a good communication mechanism with the shareholders, actively coordinated the problems encountered in the development of the joint venture and took the necessary measures. He hoped that FREP would plan ahead and realize sustainable scientific development on the condition of safe operations. ExxonMobil would also provide strong support in this regard.

The two parties also had in-depth exchanges on the issues about production and operation, safety and environmental protection, market situation and development planning.

In the afternoon, Mr. Juhan Robberts and his delegationo visited the Cultural Center of Quangang District and the Petrochemical Industrial Park, and listened to the work delivered by the Company management in the office building in the plant.
