On June 20^th, Mr. Wang Zhenshuan, the Deputy Director of National Safe Production Month Committee, led a group of 5 persons from the 4^th Supervision Group and accompanied by Mr. Wu Wensheng, deputy inspector of Fujian Administration of Work Safety, Mr. Liu Yeming, director of Quanzhou Administration of Work Safety and Mr. Chen Qingyong, deputy director of Quangang District Government etc., visited FREP for investigation.

President Mr. Joost Emmen, vice president Mr. Lin Xu and vice president Mr. Zhao Tianxing met with Mr. Wang Zhenshuan and his delegation. The two sides discussed about safety production topics.

Mr. Wang Zhenshuan conveyed the supervision and investigation spirit of the National Safe Production Month Committee. He said that General Secretary Mr. Xi Jinping pointed out, “Human lives are paramount, development must not be at the expense of human lives. This must be our insurmountable red line.” As the subject that fully implements the responsibility for safe production, enterprises must be deeply aware that the “red line” is the bottom line, warning line and life line for production safety, and must be highly vigilant and rigorous.

He required that firstly, enterprises should further strengthen the awareness of red line and bottom line thinking, enhance the sense of keeping safe production responsibility in mind, grab it in hands, fulfill safety responsibilities in the whole process and in all respects; second, uphold the concept of “all incidents are preventable”, keep safe production measures in mind, seize in hands and implement in specific actions, lay solid foundation for safe production measures to take root and promote continuous and safe development of enterprises; third, we shall implement the spirit of National Safe Production Month Campaign, combine the enterprise production characteristics, organize and carry out distinctive safe production activities, publicize safety concepts, vigorously promote typical cases and create an active safe production atmosphere.

Mr. Joost Emmen said that safe production was always the goal pursued by FREP. The Company had been focusing on safe production at all times and had taken many effective measures. In particular, during the National Safe Production Month, the Company had launched safety activities in various forms to popularize safety production knowledge, and steadily advance the Company's safety performance.

Mr. Zhao Tianxing, on behalf of the Company, reported to the supervision group on the progress of the Company's safe production month activities. He first briefed the Company's development history, operation situation organizational structure and corporate safety culture. He also briefed the key points of the Company's OIMS/RS.

About the characteristics of Sino-foreign joint venture, Mr. Wang Zhenshuan inquired in detail about the implementation of the Company’s safety production work, “Common accountability of Party and government, dual duties of one post and joint management”. Mr. Joost Emmen said that high-quality development of the Company was the common goal of the Company's management and Party committee. The management of the Company and the Company's Party committee had been closely working together. The work of all departments and the Party branches was highly integrated and mutually promoted, and the employees’ moral standards and business level had been continuously improved; the Company's safe production foundation had been consolidated and operating performance had been improved. He also shared the recent activities of the Company’s party committee and Labor Union to encourage all employees to participate in OIMS/RS knowledge competition and spread management knowledge.

 “As a foreigner, seeing Party building activities and corporate businesses are merging just like a chemical reaction and forming wonderful forces is of great significance and effect. That’s great.” Mr. Joost Emmen said happily.

Mr. Wang Zhenshuan expressed his appreciation to the achievements of FREP’s Party and government integration. He said that Quanzhou was a city along the Belt and Road, so FREP should actively summarize and promote its outstanding experience, and share its good practices to more enterprises, so as to make greater contributions to the economic development of Quanzhou.

The supervision group also learned in detail about OIMS/RS, safety production, and construction of corporate safety culture. And they also visited CCR2 and production site accompanied by Mr. Lin Xu and Mr. Zhao Tianxing.
