On April 12^th, the Company held a meeting to discuss the improvement plan for capital project management in the meeting room of the exhibition hall. FREP Vice President Mr. Joost Emmen attended the meeting and the responsible persons and relative personnel from T&P Dept., Process Dept., Mech. Dept. and S&D Dept. attended the meeting.

On the meeting, extensive discussions and exchanges were made and consensuses were reached on topics such as the way to be adapted to current national laws, regulations and project construction procedures, seek the best practices for project management, and reduce the gaps identified in shareholder audit. Under the existing organizational structure of the Company, many departments and business teams are involved in project management. For improve project implementation efficiency, we shall analyze the situations in various departments and business teams, find out the factors affecting project schedule as well as gaps in project management, followed by implementation of rectification measures (action plans), so as to improve business level.

The convening of the meeting on management improvement plan clarified the direction and focus of capital project management at current stage, further sorted out the thinking of work, and provided a sound foundation for rapid improvement of capital project management.
