The Inspection Team of Safety Production Committee of State Council Visited the Company for Safety Production Inspection
On April 22st, Mr. Zou Weigang, the lead of the Inspection Team 1# of Safety Production Committee of State Council, director of the Mine Incident Rescue Command Center of State Administration of Work Safety, led a group of experts and visited FREP for safety production inspection. FREP management Mr. Gu Yuefeng, Mr. Nouraddin A. Yousuf, Mr. Joost Emmen, Mr. Yang Hongbin and Mr. Liu Yanchang, Deputy Mayor of Quanzhou Government Mr. Xiao Hanhui, Director of Quangang District Government Mr. Yan Chaohui accompanied the inspection.
Mr. Zou Weigang, the lead of the Inspection Team 1# of Safety Production Committee of State Council, pointed out that the safety production inspection is the key measure to implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council and the instructions and requirements of General Secretary Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang, which is conducive to promote local governments and enterprises to perform the responsibility for safety production, identify problems and explore new ideas, improve measures, as well as an effective way to further strengthen and improve safety production. He hoped that FREP could deeply understand the laws of safety development, attach great importance to safety production, continue strengthening safety supervision on key areas and important equipment, and strictly implement corporate responsibility to realize safety production under the new situation.
Mr. Gu Yuefeng, Chairman and President of the company, reported the safety production work to the inspection team. He said that in recent years, FREP has been seriously studying and implementing the spirits of the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping, Premier Li Keqiang and other central leaders on safety production and has firmly established the concept of safety development and awareness of the red line. FREP would hinge around the five key focus areas--- “safety, reliability, margin, expense and people” to achieve the Company's annual targets and tasks. To take the safety production standardization level-1 as a breakthrough, FREP will adhere to the source control, effectively perform safety responsibility, actively carry out special rectification, safety publicity and education, improve the identification and rectification system for potential hazards as well as risk prevention and control system, and put forth effort to enhance the overall safety of the Company to maintain the good momentum of safety production.
Mr. Gu Yuefeng expressed that the inspection is a test to FREP’s safety production work, as well as a kind of encouragement. The Company would take the inspection as an opportunity to firmly establish safety concept, seriously rectify the problems identified in the self-inspection and stated in the feedback of this inspection, and earnestly implement all safety production measures to create a safe and stable social environment for the Company’s development.
The experts of the inspection team carried out spot inspection focusing on safety responsibilities performance, MOC and emergency plans, inspected the processing units at site and in control rooms, as well as interview of individuals.
