The 21^st meeting of the 1^st term board of directors of FREP was held on October 28^th at the 15/F board meeting room at Fulian Building. Chairman Gu Yuefeng chaired the meeting. FREP Directors, Supervisors, Office of President, Operation General Manager, General Manager of Technical & Planning Department, General Manager of Finance Department and shareholders’ representatives attended the meeting.

The company management delivered presentations to the meeting covering Business Performance of January to September, 2016, Business Plan (2017-2020), Capital Projects, Major Contracts & Strategies, Finance and DOAG Related Items, People Management Plan, BAC Work Report, Summary Report of SCDB and Auxiliary Projects, FREP Master Plan, with relevant items reviewed and approved.

The directors commented that FREP seized the market opportunities in 2016 and made good performance in the areas of safe and stable operation, production optimization, market exploration and profit improvement. The directors fully recognized the outstanding contribution of the Project Management Group in projects construction and company development. At the meeting, the directors expected FREP management to make continuous efforts in improving energy efficiency and unit reliability, attach high importance to occupational health of employee and work safety of contractor, maintain good momentum of safety and environmental protection, and further enhance profitability of the company.（Yu Wei）
